Our Executive Team
CEO & Founder
After 40 + years in the banking industry, Tom Rouse, CEO/Founder, recognized there was a need to open a multi-service Medical Facility. This awareness came from his having to take his Father, a WWII veteran, to different locations to receive medical treatment. The time, the duplication of medical information, the travel etc., made him realize that if it was difficult for him to manage doing this, then it was perhaps even more difficult for others.
As a result, Regional Health and testing center was created.
Tom received his Associates Degree from Louisburg College, and his BS degree from the University of Alabama.
Tom resides in Florence, SC, after leaving NC. He is married, and has two Children and five grandchildren that he calls MAGIC! Partially because the first initial in their names spell Magic, but because believes they truly are.
Director of Operations
Jennifer McCullough was named Director of Operations in July of 2018. Her primary responsibilities are to oversee the day to day activities of all combined offices to ensure that they are all being led in the same direction and have the same mission. Jennifer is a graduate of Coker University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Her extensive experience working in and leading medical offices has helped her to fulfill her passion of taking care of people.
Jennifer resides in Florence SC but is originally from Indiana. She moved to South Carolina in 2012 along with her husband and two sons. Her other passion is her pets, which include her miniature schnauzer and her pet pot bellied pig. When she’s not working you will probably find her in the kitchen baking and decorating cookies!
